"An old soldier does not die, but simply disappears..." — Keika Kiyotaki ( Ryuuou no Oshigoto! ) My take on this is that a soldier who does not die on a battlefield will continue to fight on until the last breath. With so much time passing by, the interest and attention dissipate from the warrior and soon the valours will be forgotten as well. In just about anything, we shall come to pass. Greats like Michael Jordan will be forgotten (if not, be less recognized) in the next era of our lives and soon will come up with a brand new basketball player that's better and stronger. Times change and so does things in this world.

"There's no one who doesn't lose. Every time we lose, the frustration tears our body apart. That's how we become stronger." —  Kuzuryuu Yaichi  ( Ryuuou no Oshigoto! ) In all cases of losing, whether it's a game of chess, losing to a competitor, losing the one you love or being rejected by the one you have a crush on, the bottom line is that it hurts. Hang in there, we all are hurting in one way or another. Cry it out and let others see your frustration, pent-up anger and pain so that they ...

"Next time, I'll win with the least amount of moves." — Ginko Sora ( Ryuuou no Oshigoto! ) In games and in life, this quote applies a fair amount of attention. Why is it though that we need to WIN in such a way? Why should we put the effort that takes a lot of energy, time and brain power to deal with situations in life when we can just lay back and deal with it in a subtle and easy manner?         For me, I think that life's too short to even say "Take it easy!". Life's giving us challenges day by day and we take it for granted to improve ourselves by taking the hard route in our lives. Giving effort in tasks not only makes you more active and healthier (look at the gains people make in the gym by busting all kinds of weight training!) but it gives us a slightly more purpose in life than just sitting on the couch drinking Coke and opening a bag of Doritos. "I'll win with the least amount of moves."         By my unde...
