If we stick to the sentence and facts, most dreams are unattainable in a sense. This is because of our limited resources and our attitude towards achieving it. If by personally guessing the probability of reaching dreams, it would amount to 5~10% of the totality of the world's population. This is due to the fact that we are just comfortable sticking to our comfort zones and if we are to achieve the dream we wanted it would take effort, time, patience to grow and showing character. Challenges don't come easy. Setting goals that are possible will also be possible.
